  • Do's & Don'ts

    Please comply with the following Do’s and Don'ts before you submit your entry:

    • Your entry must not identify your employer in either the photograph or your text submission.  Be careful not to accidentally identify your employer through details in your photograph of your work space.

    • Do check with your employer to see if you need their permission to submit your photograph to the site, and do make sure you own the copyright in the entry photograph.

    • Don’t take a photograph of your work space when any commercially sensitive or confidential information is on display on your desk, computer etc  

    • Don’t disclose any private details of any person you work for or with, and don’t submit photographs which include your work colleagues or any other person unless they have expressly given you permission to do so.

    • Don’t say anything derogatory or offensive about your work colleagues or employer.
